WooCommerce and UPS API integration

    I am having a problem with the WooCommerce UPS API integration. UPS has asked that I provide the XML/Soap Envelope Request and Response file to help debug the issue. How can I capture this data? Is there a setting or plug-in for WooCommerce that allows this type of logging? the exact request from UPS is:
    -URL where the Request files are posted.
    -Complete XML Request and Response files associated with the rating.
    -If you are using Web Services, include the SOAP Envelope and Security Header.
