    Hi,

I’m struggling to get the popup I have created to open when a user clicks onto a button on my page; I’ve tried following the instructions in the documentation on your site, and looking for a similar problem on this forum, but I’m not having much luck! I’m using the theme Divi by Elegant Themes if that is at all relevant.

Any chance I could get a little help, please? It would be much appreciated! 🙂

    Thanks in advance,

    Beth

@sebbybumbles – Sorry, just got married this weekend, catching up support now. If you followed the guide best thing to do, is to post a link here so we can see what isn’t happening that should be.

Congratulations, hope you had a great day.

Here is the link to the site:

I have created a pop-up, but the when I tried to link it to the ‘Click to Prices’ button at the top, it pretty much messed that whole section up so I have now removed what I think was the right link down (although the plugin is still installed).

Would it be possible to tell me where I should be putting the css class (which is popmake-517|popmake-critiquing-prices)?

    Thanks,

    Beth

@sebbybumbles – Glad to hear you got it sorted. Couple of notes for future usage or other users. You only need to add one of the classes not both. They are simply different use cases for each. If you for instance always want it to link to your newsletter popup, but that popups ID could change because you created a new one and deleted the old but named the new one Newsletter also, you wouldn’t need to change the classes. If you always want to link to popup 123 no matter if the name is changed etc.

There is also a guide to setting up main menu items to trigger a popup here. https://wppopupmaker.com/docs/advanced/open-a-popup-from-a-wordpress-nav-menu/
