I resolved it by adding the popup to another page as well as HOME. That got in working on the homepage again. version 1.8.10. If I did not have another page selected it would not work on the home page at all.
v1.8.10 was still not popping up when I have it set to Homepage only, all users, all device. Does not matter if I turn lazy loading on or off, it’s not loading the scripts at all.
Using WP 4.2.2, disabled plugins and still not working.
I’ll try selecting another page as well as the Homepage, see if that works.

In latest version of Icegram “Home Page” targeting is not working when lazy loading is off.
We have fix this issue and soon we will release new version of Icegram including this fix.

Hi all, I’ve tried the new Icegram v1.9, and it’s still not fixed. I’ve tried Only Homepage, Sitewide, and selected pages, still no pop-up. I’ve tried turning off Lazy Load as well, and tried it in an Incognito window, after clearing all caches. Using WP 4.2.2, W3TC.
I installed Icegram v1.9 on my site – wp4.2.2 – and the pop ups do not work at all. The action bar seems to work – but it isn’t what I want. Please advise.

I have tried the latest version and the version that everyone said before teh latest was released that worked.
All I am trying to do is setup a simple popup. Why is it so hard
nothing is working on this popup, and I am so frustrated.
Any fix on this I have the same issue too.

We found, one of the common reason for popup not working is jQuery version conflict.
There is possibility, any of your third party plugin is adding an older version of jQuery.
We recommend you to upgrade your plugins to the latest versions including Icegram.
