Unique Javascript Slideshow in Header of each page

I need each page of my wp site to display a javascript slideshow that is unique to that page. So the homepage will show “homepage related” images in the slideshow… but the “products” page will show “product related” pictures…

I’ve done these slideshow headers before using mootools and jgallery on non-wp sites but would like to incorporate this same style into wordpress.
