Hi, I have played with w3 total cache plugin in order to speed up my web site.
Funny thing for me is that web site crashed not immediately after I have changed some settings, but sometime later.
I have tried to manually uninstall the plugin and deleted all the files and folders that were recommended on different support forms regarding w3 total cache plugin. I even disabled all the plugins using directly database, and still no result.
What I need is some instructions on how to troubleshoot my installation. I don’t know what went wrong, maybe it is not this plugin that caused all this, not sure anymore. I would like try to check what is wrong and try to fix, but don’t know where to start and what to look for, I ran out of ideas.

Please help me to fix this.

    Thanks.

Hi Matt, thank you for your fast response.
I have solved this. I’ve restarted IIS service and web site was back on.
I guess that it was cashed on server side, so web site didn’t respond even though I disabled the plugin.
