max mega menu overlaps header in responsive mode

    On our website the mega responsive mode sits on top of social media bar or when the social media bar is removed it sits on top of the logo. What’s even more disturbing is that in chrome there’s another menu icon similar to yours that is distracting and does nothing.

    How can I get rid of that other menu (div#responsive-navid1-menuwrapper)?
    How can I position the menu in between elements to it doesn’t overlap?
