Adament theme content background

Hi,

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I’m struggling with this and can’t really find what I’m looking for.
I’m using the adamant wordpress theme (http://www.fabthemes.com/adament/) which is great for the slideshow on the home/landing page. However my issue is that the background of any content on all other pages is white. Changing the background colour of the theme or even adding an image for a background only seems to affect the area behind the content.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
