Hi andryonline. They are dynamic sidebars. Once enabled, they will be listed in the Widgets admin option. You can use them like any other sidebar. One appears in the header, the other in the footer. The header ad is automatically hidden when the viewport reaches 1200px to make room for the site title/logo and description on mobile screens.
