hey internet!
really hoping someone might be able to help out with this:
the company i work for has a website-blog that is often updated –

http://www.sandboxstudio.com/blog

however, an old, outdated, no-longer-owned-by-us URL just became active & our email subscribers are receiving notifications –

http://sandboxstudioblog.com

any idea how to remove this URL (sandboxstudioblog.com) from our settings to make sure our subscribers no longer receive email alerts about a foreign blog?

In the Plugins section of your blog’s Dashboard, do you have one that says it does email subscriptions, or are you using a plugin named Jetpack?

thanks James – been reading about Jetpack, but i don’t believe that plugin is installed. rather, Subscribe2 seems to be the plugin used? are you familiar with Subscribe2?

Yep, Subscribe2 is an email subscription plugin.

I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/subscribe2#postform so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

I can see the thread you’ve opened in the Subscribe2 forum from here:

But the forum is broken! That link leads to a 3 year old thread that isn’t yours!

The title kind of broke the forums unfortunately.

You’ll have to re-ask at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/subscribe2#postform but this time don’t include a – at the very end of your title.
