hi, have you tried to deactivate other plugins to test the possibilities of a conflicts?
I have the same theme and the same problem. Besides, I am not even able to change settings in the “Morpheus Slider” Plugin.
First I tried changing theme. I activated WordPress default theme. I still could not save modifications in Morpheus Slider.
So, I reactivated the Base-WP theme and deactivating all plugins. I still could not save theme options.
I opened the error console, I didn’t see any error. I changed the permission of the theme to 777. I still cannot edit the theme option.
The site is up to date with the latest version of the theme and WordPress.
Settings also are not saved with other themes?
I re uploaded WordPress several times, just in case. I downloaded the latest version of the theme and re uploaded it manually via FTP. The plugin Morpheus Slider’s settings can’t be saved either, with WP-base and other themes, so I thought there might be a link. But, I’ve just installed a new theme, I changed the theme options and they were successfully saved. When I do the same with Base-WP, it simply refreshes the form and does not save anything.
I don’t know Morpheus Slider, try the Meta Slider plugin for slides and all will work.
Uninstalling the plugin doesn’t fix the theme. I still cannot change anything like favicon or logo in theme option.
It is strange, is the first time that we find this problem . What is your website ?
I want to change web logo but theme options cannot be saved. Please help me
