Images always cropped

    I upload a picture of a cell phone to the image gallery. It shows the image as cropped in the gallery and when I put it into a post.

    Image is approx 100×200 and it crops off the top and bottom 20%. How can I get it to display full size?

    It does this with all images if that makes a difference.

    I would try insert the image (not within a gallery), and make sure select size = full …

    Hi there,
    there could be lots of reasons why this is happening. Have you built the template ? or used a custom template ?

    It sounds like the image being displayed in the template file is displaying a thumbnail, medium size of the original image and therefore it is not displaying the entire image.

    If you know which file or part of code in the file that is being used to generate this image, if you can post it here I can direct you as to how to fix the issue.
