Where to add the " a href " code?

    FYI: No technical know how

    Under Widgets, the Jetpack (for image) plugin accepts URLs only and won’t accept codes that start with <a href.

    An example of the code,
    http://faithfulbloggers.com/badges/

    If there’s no URL to add and I have only the “<a href code” (a longer code than the example), where can I enter it to display a badge on the sidebar or at the footer, please?
