I’ve got Jetpack 3.5 installed on a WordPress 4.2.1 site running at Dreamhost (DreamPress). If I enable Jetpack’s Markdown module, it breaks revisions in the following way:

    1. Create and publish new post.
    2. Edit said post and save as pending revision.
    3. Publish the new revision.

The post content will now be blank. If I look at the diff of the original post and the pending revision, I see that all of the markdown content is gone in the newer version, which might explain why when I publish that revision it ends up blank (no markdown left to convert to HTML?).

Is this a known issue, and is there anything I can do about it to retain both markdown and revision capability?
