404 error after 4.2 update

    Hi,

    Our site is brianbreiter.com

    Home page loads but all other pages display:

    Not Found
    The requested URL /case-results/ was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Apache Server at brianbreiter.com Port 80

    We were able to resolve the issue. Restored some of our root files from an older backup. Possible it’s remnants of an old hack we thought we had cleaned out.
