Fatal Error In Upgrade

    Hi i just upgraded from 2.1.3 to the latest and i get this error message when going to my widgets. Can anyone explain?

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare register_sidebars() (previously declared in /home/.hey/violinkid/violinkid.com/wp-includes/widgets.php:15) in /home/.hey/violinkid/violinkid.com/wp-content/plugins/widgets.php on line 22
