upload multi page pdf into MaxGalleria

    I downloaded MaxGalleria plugin. I have a 60 page pdf file that I want to include in my portfolio gallery. I converted pdf to jpg images, but I don’t know how to link all of them together into 1 thumbnail. Does anyone know what would work?
