From the example you posted here I do not believe that is possible with Appointments. Each service has its own duration so you can’t make two appointments for the same service with different appointment duration.
Could you please add more information on your setup and what you’re trying to do so I can understand the issue better.

A quick follow up, colleague helped me with the translation. You should be able to change the calendar colors in plugin settings in the admin.
Please go to Appointments -> Settings -> General and under Display Settings choose one of the predefined color sets or create a custom one, see screenshot http://screencast.com/t/oaXPw3BHh.
