I can not edit pages

    This is mentioned in the Master List of WP 4.2 issues (at the top of the forum page) in the ‘Not a Bug’ section:

    My layout is all weird on the Dashboard:

    Flush your cache. If you’re using server caches, or a plugin, flush them too, especially Memcached/APC stuff. They can be sticky.

    See if clearing your browser and plugin caches helps, as well as any caching your web host is using (if any).
