Hi,

How difficult would it be to expose the followers in json? that is: adding/removing/getting followers to a site.

follow website or follow users?

I think following users might be good feature.

Thus buddypress plugin allows followers:

I will check and see how uch work it will be to port as endpoint.

It would be nice to have support for both users and sites.
I was not aware of this plugin I had thought wp had native support for followers functionality
