    Hello,

    I have 2 separate wp installations and the homepage on both of them are acting strange.

    illuminagegroup.com has a carousel slider right below the menu. the initial visit to the site (or clearing the browser cache) will have no slider showing. once you refresh the page, or go to another page then return home, the slider is there.

    illuminagegroup.com/hawaii has a issue with the initial visit (or clearing the browser cache) to the homepage as well. the submenu under gallery does not show up unless you refresh or go to another page, then it works fine.

    i noticed this on 4.1.2, 4.1.3 and 4.2. also, the issue is only in chrome and firefox (ie and safari seem to work fine). i also tried disabling different plugins with no luck. lastly, i cleared cache in cloudflare, supercacher (from siteground) that didn’t work.

    On the first site, looks like there are some js errors that could be causing the issue you’re experiencing. If you open up the developer tools in your browser, and click on the console tab, you should see some of the current issues.

    Regarding the second site /hawaii I dont know if the issue is happening for me in Chrome on Mac or if I”m not fully understanding what I should be expecting or what may be missing because reloading the page, nothing new seems to appear.

    Thank you for looking into this. I will look into the first site’s issues. Do you have any recommendations other than looking into the errors?

    As for the /hawaii site, on your initial visit, if you hover over “gallery” in the menu, the submenu does not show up. Once you refresh or go to another page, the submenu will appear when hovering over “gallery”. I checked developer tools and didn’t find any errors.

    Any help is much appreciated. And unfortunately, my knowledge of websites is the most basic so please try to bear with me.
