Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

    I installed Jet-Pack on all four of my sites to use the Contact Us page and also to get ready for the rumored Google Problem with sites not optimized for mobile compatibility.

    Note: One site using the Graphene Theme does not at all display an error it works great. But the Others display a varying error message one in the side bar and the other in the sidebar and the header as the following:

    In the Magazine Basic Theme:
    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home3/omitted/public_html/listbuildingbyvideo.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/widget-visibility/widget-conditions.php on line 312

    In the Pin Blue Theme:
    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home3/omitted /public_html/thelistbuildinglibrary.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/widget-visibility/widget-conditions.php on line 312

    I have sent an support email to wordpress with no response and talked to Host-gator who told me they do not see a glaring error in the code and really do not provide this level of support.

    Can anyone help me to correct this problem, I am code illiterate but I have the ability to get around in c-panel files and make basic changes if necessary. Any assistance would be highly valuable and appreciated.
