error 500 in wp-admin if activate w3 total cache(solved)

    hi, today have notated that have a problem to access on wp-admin, if try to enter compare a error 500 of server/only for wp-admin the rest of site not have problem),

    i tried to deactivate all plugin , but problem persist ,

    have notated the plugin w3 total cache not activeted if click “active” , but after click active compare error 500

    i tried to update wordpress but problem persist.

    how solve ??

    i have solved this problem :

    have renamed the folder w3tc-config in wp-content with other name, after this w3 total cache have recreated the new folder with new setting, it’s probable the problem is problem to write the file in this folder.
