Duplicate being created on WordPress

Hi,

Just having a small issue with the WP-Instaroll plugin, where it’s posting multiple duplicates of the same 7-8 posts over a short period of time (~48 hrs). There is a backlog of about 200-300 posts now on the site in question.

The plugin was initially configured to post from a tag stream, but we have now switched it to a user stream. It seems to have fixed the error, but we would prefer a tag stream for unrelated reasons. I was wondering if someone could tell me: (a) what might be causing this error, (b) if anyone else has experienced it before, and (c) how to prevent it for doing this in the future.
