The quiz and everything was working fine when the website went live few months back. I suddenly received the quiz completed email to the admin email in WordPress settings rather than the email it was sending previously. When I logged in, the Watu settings page is blank. I have tried in Chrome and IE. Nothing comes up, just an empty page. The quizzes page works fine and I can do changes on that. All that was done recently was update the plugin. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks!

There must be some kind of fatal error. Can you check your server error log?

The website uses GoDaddy cPanel hosting. Can you be more specific as to where I should be looking?

There should be a section with logs, look for Error log. I am not familiar with Godaddy’s setup.
You need to find the error log, then visit the settings page and look what error will appear in it. Or just contact your hosting support.

Thanks for replying. I fixed it now. It was due to a folder rename that was not updated after updating to the new version.

The email that is sent to the admin used to contain the answers, but they don’t show anymore. Is there a way to show the answers in the admin email only and not on the results screen to the user?

No, sorry, what is shown to user is sent to admin.
