When I click on the link at the top of “Users” +New and click on “User” – I just get a list of all the users on my wordpress site – there is no way for me to add a new user.

    Any help would be great!

    Thanks.

How about at Users -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard?

If I am on my dashboard at the top there is a + sign then New – then if I hover on the “new” one of the drop down choices is USER – if I click on that it just brings me to all my users.

If I am on the dashboard and I look at the menu on the left and click on Users or All Users – it just goes to the list of all my users. I have no choice listed to add a new user at all.

    Suggestions?

    Thanks.!

    Huh, that’s weird.

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thanks. Will give it a try.

So I deactivated the plugins – no luck

not sure how to do the default theme as you recommended

If you’re on the current version of WordPress, activate the Twenty Fifteen theme in the Appearance -> Themes section of your blog’s Dashboard.

If you’re behind a few versions, activate the Twenty Fourteen theme, and so on.
