Custom Theme – Not Overriding Original Theme

Hi,

My blog http://closeuppromotions.com/ has been activated with a custom theme, however this appears not to have taken effect on the page.

It is correct when I create a page (http://closeuppromotions.com/?page_id=38) which carries the theme.

Is there a way to resolve this, or even to ensure that my domain http://closeuppromotions.com/ points to http://closeuppromotions.com/?page_id=38 where the correct theme is deployed?
