contact form: receiving spam

    hello, since I installed and configured the theme I have received so much spam from contact form.
    already have Akismet installed, but it seems not solved.

    Hello,

    That’s why we integrated recaptcha into our contact form, to prevent spam.
    You can input your reCaptcha API Key in the customizer at Contact Us section.

    hi marius,
    thanks for responding.
    but I still was not sure: you speak to install a plugin? searched and there are several plugins “reCaptcha”. you can show me some specific?

    there are those fields SITE KEY and SECTION KEY in “Contact us Section”, but I do not know how to fill it. is only for paid themes?

    Hi,

    The reCaptcha is a new featured in the theme and can be used also in the Lite version. To fill those fields, you must go to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin#list and get your site key and secret key.

    Let me know if you encounter problems.

    I’m glad you were able to do it. reCaptcha should definetly stop most if not all spammers.
