Registering at Jigoshop.com

Registered 2 days ago at the site and was given a message that my password would be emailed to me once I had clicked link in first email to confirm my email correct.

No password was emailed. When I try to log in I can’t and when I try to prompt a password email by filling out the lost password submission I get this message:

The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.

I am at a loss and am trying to purchase a plug-in at the site

Any help would be gratefully accepted
