Hi. It’s not resolved yet. I noticed that if the scheduled post has a photo, it is published twice. If it has no photo, it is published only once.
could you please provide the exact publishing settings used by you so that we could try to reproduce the issue here?

also, f1logic please check my own thread, the publish date change issue still persists
Yes I can confirm this as well. I have posts with an image in that are scheduled and by the looks of it it is posted to facebook when posted and then again on scheduled date/time.
I am having a similar issue, here is my set up and what I have found
*Post photo on Instagram
*I have DsgnWrks Instagram Importer plugin installed to import the instgram post
*This creates a post and post to my blog
*I have Facebook Auto Publish plugin installed and configured to post this instagram post from my blog to a facebook fan page.
This creates 2 facebook post
*first post is text only
*second post is text with photo (way it is configured to post)
note these 2post are posted at the exact same time to facebook page.
Here is the kicker.. If I create a post manually in my wordpress site. it post to facebook no issues as it should be via Facebook Auto Publish plugin.
I have narrowed it down between May 1 to 4 when this issue started happening.
Not sure if this will help but maybe it will?

we have fixed all issues.
to my opinion you have NOT resolved the “Publish Twice” issue.
A scheduled post gets posted TWICE.
Have you any solution yet?
The issue related to scheduled posts had been fixed long back.
But the fix was not compatible with certain wp installations
So we had to rewrite the solution.
In the new version settings page you have a configuration ‘Enable “future_to_publish” hook’
For normal working of scheduled post it must be set to “yes”
If you are experiencing double posting after turning it on, then make it “no”
Either one of these should solve all your problems
You just have to figure out which one works for you
