Preload Cache Now Not Working

For some unknown reason, the preload cache now (and preload) fails to generate cache. I’ve disabled APC PHP, all plugins, and checked the Cron Job list. Everything appears to be ok.

Here is the debug ouput, which I do not understand. Maybe the preload feature needs to be re-coded? I kind of like the one from ZenCache where it auto generate cache from the sitemap, makes perfect sense since most of us have a lot of noindex pages/post.
