Site Portal

I have multiple WordPress sites, most of them using the ComicPress theme since they are comic sites, but what I’m trying to get is one page with links to the most current comic from each site, the five most recent blog entries from my blog, and some links to my YouTube channel and all that jazz. The thing is, I would like the links to:
1) Automatically pull a thumbnail from the comic
2) AUtomatically change the “last updated” date if at all possible.
