  • I had the same issue with a client after the last update of this plugin. I backed out the update and haven’t had a chance to look into it further yet.

Are you over-riding any of the templates for TML in your theme directory? This is what I was going to check to see if they needed updating …. and see if another update comes out soon to fix the issue.

Hi Cukeving, I didn’t override any templates. I kept everything the same, put the Login and Register pages under a Login/Register page to be displayed in the home main menu. All other pages (Lost pw, log out, reset pw) are still there.

Should I use the older version of TML plugin and how do I do that? Thank you.

All the previous versions are archived under the Developers tab

You could try using the previous version and see if that resolves your issue.

If you disable other plugins, does TML work as expected?

Hi Cukeving, i’ll try the previous version, though TML worked previously before the website crashed 5 days ago (i believe because I changed the permalink, TML does not support this on my website).
Jeff, i’m worried about disabling other plugins since my website crashed recently and now I only have the minimal required plugins. I’m a beginner so I worry about changing anything.

Hi Cukeving and Jeff, I resolved the issue. It wasn’t the TML update, it was the theme. I selected the ‘use themed login page’ plus TML. I think they contradicted. So after I unselected the themed login, the TML is working now. Thank you.
