Custom mail for a product

    Hi!

    I’m setting up a store where I sell virtual products. I would like to send a custom mail to the costumers that purchase one specific product. Is there a way to achieve that without the need of expensive plugins, since i would only need to use it on that very individual product?

    I’m using the swatches and variations plugin, so not sure if this is in the plugin or native woocommerce.

    In the individual product page, I can go to advanced settings and add a purchase note by product. This will show up on the email for that product. I don’t use invoices or html emails, just text.

    Since it’s not unique per variation, perhaps that’s something you might have already.

    Not an expert, just a fellow woo-er. My advice is worth what you paid for it!

    Yes, it does come with native WooCommerce the option you mention but it is not quite what i need. I would like to send an additional mail with the information, separate from the regular one.

    I guess i’ll set it as a downloadable product with a PDF for now.
