Hello.

I am trying to update my Header image on my page and when I click on the Appearance Page, it keeps reloading. I tried switching Themes and it does the same thing when I select and preview an alternate Theme. Please help!

I am using the Fremedy Child Theme.

Try deactivating your plugins and switching to Twenty Fifteen theme to see if you still have that problem.

I still see active plugins, so try renaming the plugins folder on the server – you’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to do so – here:
```
wp-content
    plugins.HOLD
```

This is really new to me. I am in my cpanel of siteground and I do not see the plugins folder. Any tips? Thanks!

I found it. Thank you. It seems to be working now. But how would I get it back to my original theme and get my plugins to work as well?

Rename that file back and then reactivate your plugins one by one. If it acts up again, you’ll know it’s the one you just reactivated.
