Make text links in Our Focus section | WordPress.org

Hi all,
I am trying to make the text heads in the Our Focus section clickable links. I have tried inserting html via the customizer but it is stripped out (probably understandably) via the strip_tags in the widget function. I am unsure how I could implement this. Any advice appreciated.

I have tried changing the code in functions.php and I can change the titles to links but it doesn’t work when I implement it on my functions file in my child theme. Why is that?

Hi,

You will have to copy the entire our focus widget to your child theme and create a new one for this task. 🙂

Seems like a large task just to create a link! I would suggest that this is a feature that would be a useful addition to your theme.
