Installing theme demo data failing

    Hello

    This is after having increased the timeout in the .htaccess to 300 seconds. Then 600 seconds. Then 900 seconds and eventually 2000 seconds. But I still get this error?

    I am using WAMP on my localhost and not working on a remote server. What has lead me here is “Maximum Execution Time Exceeded Error” when I try to install the demo theme data. I understand how to increase the time for execution, but I am not able to get past a certain point to successfully install the demo data.

    Can you please tell me where I am going wrong?
