Multi-Byte Gallery Name

    Hi,

    I’ve try to open a new gallery with Chinese name and in the server it shows
    “%e5%b1%b1%e6%9d%b1%e8%87%aa%e4%b8%bb%e5%ad%b8%e7%bf%92-1”

    It seems to be the URLencoded string in the server. However when it loads the full size image. That URL is not URL encoded. Will be unable to load the image.

    May I know is it possible to let it create the folder with Unicode support? (My server is support unicode.)

    Unfortunately we currently only handle unicode filenames; I intend to get UTF8 gallery-names available in our next major release. Sorry mp9_sit!
