New Version – 2.0.1

    Hello everybody,

    We’ve just launched a new version, 2.0.1, which we hope addresses the issues in the 1.0.X versions.

    We’re sorry that everybody had such a bad experience with the old version, it wasn’t our intention!

    One thing to note is that the new version is not backwards compatible with version 1.0.X, so you will need to reconfigure your plugins again. This should be relatively simple for you to do (we hope) as the new plugin is much easier to configure and use.

    Please let us know if there are any issues and we’ll get them addressed ASAP.

    The new update is not working for me. I can’t seem to configure the plugin – it’s stuck on

    “Please wait while we create a database entry for this widget, your page may refresh during this process.”

    It’s been two days and I can’t get past this.

    Please help!

    No problems, can I get some more information about your website to help us please:

    1. What version of WordPress are you using?
    2. What database and version do you have running your WordPress website?
    3. Do you have access to your servers error logs?
    4. What version of PHP are you using, and what are its settings?

    ; plus, as this may be a browser issue, could you let me know what OS, browser and version you are using please? As soon as we get this information we’ll get a fix pushed out to you.
