WPtouch navigation menu open's automatically

Note: I’m a newby WP user and not too familiar with high tech/code language.

I’m using WPtouch plugin to optimize my mobile website. I’ve noticed that whenever I rotate my phone to landscape the navigation menu opens automatically and you cannot close it. I’ve searched forums and YouTube and can’t find a solution. I’ve checked out other user’s mobile sites where they use the WPtouch plugin and it doesn’t happen with their’s…
