better Uploads managing?

    Is there some way for users with sufficient privileges to change the the directory that any arbitrary uploaded file resides in? For example, an editor goes to the manage uploads panel. He sees a photo but he wants to move the photo into a folder called “photos”.

    I know that there’s a file manager plugin, but that doesn’t allow a user to move files to different directories. If there was a plugin for that plugin to allow me to do this, that would be awesome. Or just another plugin altogether.
