Is there a plugin that helps collect and organize weblinks like Joomla? I considering converting my Joomla site to WordPress, but collecting links is an important part of the site.

An example is you can click on Health: then Women: then Breast Cancer

and in that category you will have 5 sites I have reviewed on that topic.
