How: Category list with last 2 posts ?

    I have wracked my brain and can’t come up with a solution so hopefully someone here might be able to help. Here is example of what I am trying to accomplish:

    Category Name 1
    Post Title 1
    first 20 words of post …
    Post Title 2
    first 20 words of post …

    Category Name 2
    Post Title 1
    first 20 words of post …
    Post Title 2
    first 20 words of post …
    (etc)

    I would like to be able to do this for :
    1. All of my categories
    2. The last 10 categories that had recent entries

    Any suggestions?
