I’m not sure I understand sorry.
After you open the Mega Menu settings, you can change the number of columns to 5 (top right), and add 5 widgets… is that what you’re looking for?

I like put text under de each horizontal submenu. to describe the subitem. how i can?
i try put a widget text in 5 colum but only 3 text in a line.

Please open the mega menu settings and reduce the width of each text widget by one column (using the < arrow). At the moment they’re taking up 2 columns each, but they should only be taking up one column each.
