WP-TopBar is that locatated under the footer and in the mobile version don’t show the default mobile bar
OK — you have a javascript error right after the TopBar’s own javascript is loaded.

Looks like it might be in the Google Analytics plugin?
That javascript error is causing the TopBar javascript to not work: jQuery(‘.wptbbarheaddiv’).prependTo(‘body’);

I disabled:
– Google Analytics Dashboard for WP
– Google Universal Analytics
– Google XML Sitemaps
But no changes.
Where I can see the TopBar’s own javascript is loaded?
I do a test-copy of this site @ http://wordpress.chiwawaweb.it/, here the TopBar work fine, I’m going crazy
I find the problem, is the “Youtube Playlist Thumbs” plug-in
