In Location & Effects > Form before opening > Advanced you can set Disable manual closing of Lightbox to Yes and Auto-close to On mail success to achieve what you want.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I followed your instructions and the plugin is working perfectly fine.
Now I was to check the data submitted by form (i selected no mail to be sent to user or admin, as I wanted data to be collected in database) as a table that can be viewed or exported. But I couldn’t see that.
Can you please help?

That is because our form does not store its data anywhere, it just sends emails. It would require a custom code modification to be able to store this data into a database – if you are interested, then please contact us at support@perfect-web.co for details.
