Where did you send the request to?
When the password wouldn’t work at the login and it said lost your password we pressed it, put in our username, then pressed, whatever you have to press and nothing. Still haven’t been sent anything. Was told to check my email, have done and got nothing. Almost 24 hours now.
did you checked your spam folder?
