Administration panel/Dashboard/Features

My site is being hosted at EnomCentral. They offer WordPress for blogging. I’m at a total loss on this. When I look at the administration/dashboard panel through my free account with WordPress, it has all the widgets, video uploads and such. I upgraded to the latest version of Worpress, edit it through an FTP, but I don’t have all that information diplayed when I edit my page through EnomCentral where my site is presently being hosted, and I’m sure since I can upgrade WordPress at any time to the latest versions they have nothing to do with this.
