Recover deleted submissions?

Hi, I have accidentally deleted two submissions on my website and I want to recover them, because they are really important to me.
I have no wordpress backups, is there a way to recover these submissions? (I have deleted them 20 minutes ago circa)

Edit: If it can be helpful, The plugin has sent to my e-mail the form submissions, so if this can help to recover them on my site (i think it is better to have it saved there)
