Extra fields data from form doesn't show in dashboard

    Hi, I have purchased the addon to capture extra data when a registration form has been filled out, but when I look at the member profiles in the WP dashboard, the extra data doesn’t show up (I’m guessing it should appear under ‘Custom Fields’ – but there is nothing there. Thank you.

    Hi, yes, I followed those instructions. Everything about the form works except for the part where I require new members to include a URL when registering. I then have the registrations pending until I’ve had time to confirm they included this and then activate their membership, but right now the URL doesn’t show up in their profile within the WP dashboard. (I also tested it by asking for a phone number but that didn’t show up either)

    Hi, I logged the premium support as requested, but haven’t heard back. I am also no longer able to edit the custom forms (I purchased the Form Builder addon) – when I go to http://mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=swpm-form-builder the forms I’ve created are no longer there.

    Hello, yes, due to security flaws exposed recently, WordPress and some plugins have been updated.

    What needs to be done to resolve this quickly? Thank you in advance.

    Which plugins did you update that caused the following issue..

    Unfortunately I do not know which specific plugin update caused the issue – due to security measures, there were 11 updates in one week.

    If I have time later, I may be able to test this out.
