• The dashboard widget is loading the Wordfence logo via http from the wordfence.com server, thus breaking the SSL on any WordPress site that is running SSL.

May I suggest that the Wordfence logo simply be embedded into the plugin so it can be loaded from the same site?

This would prevent SSL errors and also eliminate the scenario in which wordfence.com might be unreachable (down, network connectivity, etc) and cause users’ dashboards to load slowly, waiting for that image to load.

I’m disappointed that this received no replies in the last 2 weeks. A security plugin that breaks SSL is kind of a big deal (in my mind, anyway).

Sorry this was overlooked. I’ll pass on your suggestions and have the SSL issue investigated.
